This allows you to focus even more on the care of your pet, and worry less about paying for expensive unexpected vet bills by depleting a savings account or maxing out credit cards.
To use Vet Direct Pay, send us a signed copy of our veterinarian reimbursement release form along with your completed claim. Once your claim has been processed, we send any eligible reimbursement amount straight to your vet's office. It's the easiest way to manage expensive vet bills without breaking the bank!
Vet Direct Pay FAQ's:
Yes, you must submit a claim along with your veterinarian reimbursement release form for your vet to be reimbursed directly. You can submit a claim online in your Customer Account, through our Mobile App, or via fax or email. If you submit a claim online, you can upload a copy of your veterinarian reimbursement release form when you upload your invoice.
If you are suddenly hit with a very large and unexpected vet bill, and are unsure of how you'll pay for it out of pocket first, Vet Direct Pay may be able to help.
Pets Best strives to process claims as quickly as possible. Once your claim has been processed, any eligible reimbursement you would have received will be sent to your vet at that time.
Once your claim has been processed using Vet Direct Pay and your vet has been sent any reimbursement amount, you are still responsible for paying your deductible, co-insurance amount, and any non-covered items to your vet.
